Irritatingly when completing the CCC the LLLP does not allow the viewing of the MTR or the SLEs from trainees. As a framework to help you make signoff simple and quick the following is enormously helpful:
SLE 1: principles of cardiopulmonary bypass
SLE 2: principles of anaesthesia for an adult acquired cardiac case (eg: AVR/CABG)
SLE 3: Basics of safe epicardial pacing
SLE 4: Successful management of a one lung list/thoracic list utilising OLV under local supervision
MTR: PDF copy of your MTR to james.montague@uhs.nhs.uk
Paperwork review: Some way of viewing SLEs for me this can be either via email or in person.
